Performance tests show that this is the perfect answer to the AMD Radeon Vega 56 model. The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti beats its direct rival in every test. From a marketing point of view, it is a very good product, showing Nvidia's advantage over the competition. The company announces that this is a card ideal for a resolution of 2560 × 1440. We checked it, and indeed: in our current test procedure, the frame rate is very often around 60.

Overclocking The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti card did not impress us with its overclocking capabilities. The core was accelerated M to 1683 MHz, and the memory by only 256 MHz. It is possible that another manufacturer will have better OC.

Temperature. Serial cooling systems were never famous for their high work culture, they rather provided a compromise between volume and temperature. The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti is the perfect example. The temperature of the GPU under full load reaches 82 degrees Celsius, and after overclocking it rises to 85 degrees, which is the limit value for this chip.

In terms of volume, the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti does not differ from other Nvidia models. It is correct in the factory configuration, after overclocking it is less.

Price is one of the most important factors in determining whether a product will be a hit or a misfire. The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti has a very difficult task. The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 Ti costs around 600 Dollars. This is very close to the price of the GTX 1080. Non-reference cards with a similar cooling system can now be purchased for a little over 850 dollars.

The difference in performance between the GTX 1080 and the GTX 1070 Ti is not big, as it amounts to 7 percent in favor of the more expensive model. After all, considering the performance, it's a very good offer.
