The Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card is designed for gamers, people involved in graphic design, video editing, and many other activities that require maximum graphics performance. The RX 5700 XT graphics chip provides the high gaming performance, smooth gameplay, realistic detail reproduction and high screen refresh rate at the highest supported resolutions. The RX 5700 XT unit has 8 GB of GDDR6 RAM memory, is based on the RDNA architecture and supports VR Ready Premium technology.
The card is equipped with the following set of power ports and sockets, three DisplayPort 1.4 ports and one HDMI 2.0. The card is powered by two plugs - 6-pin and 8-pin.
Both the specification and the PCI Express 4.0 x16 slot provide this graphics card with very high data transfer capacity. This standard is found only in the latest graphics systems that can be played at a resolution of up to 8K, and in units dedicated to gaming and professional applications, you can count on good performance in 1440p and 4k resolutions on high or ustra settings.
Fan mute technology turns the fan off at temperatures below 60 degrees, ensuring quiet play during medium to low load conditions while reducing energy consumption and around 80 degrees on load which is ok.
The RX 5700XT Red Devil provides exceptional cooling for real players. 5 copper heat pipes ensure efficient heat dissipation to the heat sink. More fins on the heatsink increase the surface area for heat dissipation and better performance
With 8GB of GDDR6 memory, when playing top productions or working in advanced graphics programs, there are very low frame drops. GDDR6 RAM memory performance is very high and energy-saving, but also good quality to guarantee smooth image.
The base clock is 1770 MHz and in boost mode it increases to even 2005 MHz, so you can count on a small increase in the efficiency of the entire graphics system.
The cooling system with 3 fans generates noise a little noise at rest, but at full load they are clearly audible. Still, it is much better than with older cards from AMD.
AMD's new AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT model, with the launch of the new AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, shows that graphics cards can be developed that are efficient and cost-effective. The rising price increase is perhaps the biggest pain for players. The discount just before the premiere turned out to be a bull's eye and allowed the new AMD graphics cards to receive a recommendation from us - with one reservation, we have to accept that we will miss the opportunity to see the effects of ray tracing in games.
PROS
-good price
-high performance
-quiet fan operation at low load
-the card only takes up two slots
CONS
-loud when working under stress
